A:

Do you still have physical possession of the phone?

If so - you can download a new email account from Outlook or Google or Yahoo - transfer those contacts

Then you will be able to import them to your current phone -

If you need more steps - ask and I shall try to provide them for you

Do you have backups from the time they were separate? Like in iTunes or iCloud?

I just switched over to an iphone. I have my contacts on my old phone, but nothing online from before they were merged. I was using the same icloud account on all 3 phones. I think the issue is that I shouldn't have answered "yes" to the merge question.
