If you downloaded Yosemite in the past, you can download it again via App Store -> Purchases

If you did not download Yosemite, then it is no longer available.

As BobHarris stated, if it is not in your Purchases tab of App Store, then there isn't a way for you to get it.

Do you have a backup from prior to installing El Capitan?

If you had Yosemite before, and Yosemite is not in your Purchases, then your Mac likely shipped with Yosemite. You must make sure that is what your Mac had installed when it shipped. If it was purchased very soon after Yosemite was released, Mavericks may be the "shipping" OS. It was just bumped to Yosemite before it was shipped to you.

To install the shipping OS you must completely erase your disk and then reinstall.

A backup will be required to get your data back after erasing the disk.

You must boot into Internet Recovery (cmd-opt-r).

From there, you must use Disk Utility to partition your disk to remove the El Capitan Recovery partition.

Once that is complete, quit Disk Utility and Reinstall OS X. That will install whatever OS shipped on your Mac. If it was Yosemite, you're good. If it wasn't, then there is no way to upgrade to Yosemite.

After install, you will have to manually move your data off the backup and onto the new installation.
