In summary...
- After signing out of iTunes, I cannot sign back in. (error says the store is unavailable)
- Cannot stream any content from iTunes Match
- Music on Apple TV does not stream either (this depends on iTunes Match)
- As of right now, all systems are showing green on Apple's system status page (Screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/cqs29t9ck6rxfl9/Screenshot%202015-10-15%2013.52.25.png ?dl=0)
Hope this will be resolved soon.

Apple TVThere is a current issue with the iTunes Store.
It isn't affecting everyone, mine is OK for example, but it may be best waiting for the status to change before deciding whether you have a problem or not.
