Q: iTunes and iCloud music missing
why is most of my music missing apple what is the point in having music in iTunes and iCloud when most of it is missing as i say this is my music not apple very fed up

Same problem here. I only noticed when I set the new Apple TV up, there were only around 15 tracks in my iTunes in the Cloud library out of hundreds. After a bit of scratching around I figured it out. All of my purchases had been hidden. To unhide I did this Hide and unhide purchases in iTunes or iBooks on your Mac or PC - Apple Support which is a terrific pain in the backside with no option to unhide everything in one go. At least I know how to solve the problem. What I do not know is how this came about.
