Whats the easiest way to move iTunes folder from PC to Mac and does it include iPhone backup?

I have a Windows 7 Laptop and I have recently bought a Macbook Pro. If someone can write instructions on the easiest way to move my iTunes library fro my PC to my Macbook that would be hugely appreciated. Also do that include my iPhone back up or is that a different process?

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11)

See Make a split library portable for some background. As long as your library is in the default portable shape you can copy the iTunes folder from one machine to the other by way of a network or intermediate drive. OS X can natively read but not write to NTFS. Device backups are not included, but as long as the device is behaving normally you can transfer the library then backup the device immediately.
