My system is running v slow/ keeps crashing/ and dead slow most times

Hey babitta ssharma,
Sorry to hear that your Mac is running slow. Let's see if we can get this sorted out.
I would start with the troubleshooting outlined in the articles below. It will walk you through checking to see if you have enough ram, see if you have enough space on your hard drive and check for a process in Activity monitor that may be running away. This is about isolating the issue, so be prepared that this may take some time.
