Q: do voice mails back up to to icloud?

I backed up every day.  I assumed everything was backing up but when I acquired the new iphone 6s and restored from back up I only had the most recent 14 voice mails.  My mom passed away in May and I had saved three important voice mails from her.

I traded the phone in so it was wiped before I left the store.
