On my previous iphone 5c and my husband's ipad we always got a full wifi signal. Just got an older iphone 5 and the wifi signal never indicate a complete signal. I have been kicked off wifi and had trouble experienced a slow loading of items from the internet. My password protected router doesn't seem to be the problem. Am I missing a setting or other option or wonder if it is a problem with the phone hardware

Where exactly did you get this older iphone 5?
at a Verizon retailer (not a corporate store), No other issues with the phone but the store wouldn't issue a refund so I have Verizon looking why they won't give ma a refund. If I could fix the problem without the hassle it would be great.

I didn't know you could still buy an iphone 5 at a retail store.
Verizon was surprised too. Think the employee was selling it on his own. Just listed as service on the receipt. Thanks for link but I already reset wifi as instructed without success and have to resubmit my password for the wifi most times I try to use it so wondered if there might be another option.
