Magic Mouse 2 driver

Does anyone know how to install Magic Mouse 2 driver in Boot Camp? On today's latest Boot Camp Magic Mouse driver doesn't work scrolling. And idea?

Thanks for your reply.

I did install that and other 6.0 drivers, but Bluetooth is not detecting Magic Trackpad 2.

It says it's 'ready to pair', but once I start pairing it the error message comes shortly right after as per attached.

I already hooked up Magic Trackpad 1 and Magic Mouse 1 fine but not Magic Trackpad 2 (I don't have Magic Mouse 2).

What could be the reason?

It is a Python script, run from the Terminal. Use the link to download it. You can run it as follows using OSX Terminal.

MyName-rmbp:brigadier-master MyName$ ./brigadier -h

Usage: brigadier [options]

Options:

-h, --help show this help message and exit

-m MODEL, --model=MODEL

System model identifier to use (otherwise this

machine's model is used). This can be specified

multiple times to download multiple models in a single

run.

-i, --install After the installer is downloaded, perform the install

automatically. Can be used on Windows only.

-o OUTPUT_DIR, --output-dir=OUTPUT_DIR

Base path where the installer files will be extracted

into a folder named after the product, ie.

'BootCamp-041-1234'. Uses the current directory if

this option is omitted.

-k, --keep-files Keep the files that were downloaded/extracted. Useful

only with the '--install' option on Windows.

-p PRODUCT_ID, --product-id=PRODUCT_ID

Specify an exact product ID to download (ie.

'031-0787'), currently useful only for cases where a

model has multiple BootCamp ESDs available and is not

downloading the desired version according to the post

date.

MyName-rMBP:brigadier-master MyName$ ./brigadier -m MacBook8,1 -o Bootcamp-MacBook8,1

Had the same problem.

What I did was: logon to OSX, go to finder. There's the extra installation drive that Bootcamp has made (OSXRESERVED or something like that).

When you browse that drive there's a bootcamp folder that contains around 10 executables. One of them is AppleWirelessMouse64.exe

I could not figure out how to copy this file to an external disk, so I ended up sharing it to myself through email ><

Anyways, once you install that in Windows 10 you immediately see a mouse icon overlay on screen and your scrolling works!

Did get a message after installing, but I just clocked: this software is working OK (or something to that effect).

sent you a message on FB (probably in your "other" folder) with a link to the drivers.

Thank you, Matthijst, that did it!

At first it didn't work. So what I did was I went into device manager, uninstalled "Apple Broadcom Built-in Bluetooth," chose the option to delete the drivers. I then went into the original bootcamp $WinPEDriver$ folder and reinstalled the AppleBluetoothBroadcom64 application. Once that reloaded, it rediscovered my mouse and it started working.
