IS the GetDailyReportLogs Web Service operation down currently?

Today I'm receiving errors requesting Daily iTunes U Log Reports from the GetDailyReportLogs Web Service https://deimos.apple.com/WebObjects/Core.woa/API/GetDailyReportLogs/... returning the following message:

Does anyone know if the service is down temporarily or longer?

Is anyone still using this service?
