I look to buy new iPhone from Saudi Arabia but all device did not have a FaceTime or iMassage. is there is any solution. I visit the Premium seller and they side this from Apple not by the Telecom companies..

FaceTime is not available in Saudi Arabia nor Messages.
Make sure your device supports FaceTime. FaceTime isn’t available or might not appear on devices purchased or used in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Pakistan.

Face Time and iMessage has been removed from all phones sold in the KSA due to KSA governmental restrictions. You can't get FaceTime or iMessage back even if you bring the phone outside the country.
my old device still have a FaceTime, but the new devices there is no FaceTime unless you buy it from other country.
Regardless of your other phone, your current phone will NEVER have iMessage or FaceTime.
