Q: My iphone 6 touchscreen has suddenly stopped working. I can use my other buttons but the screen isn't working at all. I have tried backing up but what next?

My touchscreen has suddenly stopped working. I can use the buttons on the front and sides (and finger tip recognition still works) but because the screen isn't responsive at all, this means I can't make or receive calls or texts, open or close any apps and can't power down or switch off the phone. I have talked to Siri but he can't help me apparently either! What do I do next?

I have synced and backed up to itunes and my icloud settings seem to be OK so I'm happy to try and restore all settings but can't even seem to do this. It seems like it's died.

Any ideas?
