Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.
If I understand right, you erased your iPhone 5s using Find My iPhone on iCloud.com. After this, you don't have the option to restore backup(s) you made in iTunes on your Mac when you plug in your iPhone.
The most likely cause is that erasing your iPhone 5s restored an older version of iOS to the device. Try the steps in If restoring from an iTunes or iCloud backup requires a newer version of iOS.
For more information, see If you need help restoring from an iTunes Backup.
I can't select an iTunes backup
There are a few reasons why there might not be any available iTunes backups for your iOS device:
- You have never successfully made a backup of your device. Learn how to make a backup in iTunes.
- Your device has an earlier version of iOS than what you used when you made the backup.
- Your backup might have been made on a different computer or iTunes account.
Best Regards.
