How i can import the photos from iPhone to Mac ?

Hi,

Hope all of you are fine,

I bought new iPhone 6S and I'm trying to import the photos from my previews iPhone 6 to the Macbook Pro but i couldn't .

After i upgraded the Macbook Pro to the OS X EL Capitan version 10.11, and i did update as well for the iPhone which last software 9.0.2 the application of the Mac ( photos ) is not doing any importing , please find the attached photo , its just showing blank page .

kindly need your support .
