iphone4 not upgraded

i have i phone 4 but untill not im using IOS 7 i didnt recieve any notification for newest version of ISO. and at the same time i cant customise my MP3 ringtones

I assume you have iOS 7.1.2. This is the latest possible upgrade for iPhone 4. iPhone 4S is still compatible with 9.0.2. It is high time to think about the purchase of newer iPhone. Have a wonderful day.

thanks for the info my dear, in some case i purchase already iphone 6plus but my problem is i cant custumise my ringtone to mp3. AAC needed but it didnt appear in option, thanks hope you can help me.

Would you like to change it from AAC to MP3 or vice versa? Take a look at this article: iTunes: How to convert a song to a different file format - Apple Support
