Q: How can I sync Outlook 2016 with iCloud?

I have upgraded my PC to Windows 10 and Outlook 2016 via Office 365 but iCloud does not work as far as Contacts, Calendars and Tasks are concerned.  Is there a solution?

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.0.2, Windows 10,Office 365, Outlook 2016
