Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. If you would like more information on changing the region settings on your iTunes Store/App Store account, you may find the information and steps outlined in the following article helpful. Note, though, that that the region and location settings are tied to the billing address of the account, so in almost all cases you would need to update your billing information to change regions.

Nov 11, 2015 12:23 PM in response to brenden dvby Mazen.Mallah,I Had the same problem i changed to the german store to get an app and then tried to get back to the us store and now its asking for a visa and there is no none option thats not fair i hope that u do something about it
