PPC apps will not run above 10.6.8 Snow Leopard.

Your only option on a newer Mac is to purchase Snow Leopard Server from Apple, and then install and run that within Virtual Machine software such as Parallels, VMware or VirtualBox. You then install the game in SL Server and run it from there.
