suddenly, my iPad began to show a vertical stripe on the screen (screen shot here).
Does anyone have an idea of the cause of this stripe? When the screen has a white background, the stripe isn't visible.
I am with a iPad Air 2, running iOS 9.0.2.

i have made this screenshot using the iPad, so I was seeing the stripe when I sent it in the message. Now I can see this message in my MacBook and, of course, it shows no stripe.
i will make a photo of the screen to show how it is.

If this stripe appears on all Home screens, and all app screens it is a hardware problem in the iPad. Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have a technician examine your device. Or contact Apple Support.
Sorry but I do not see it on this screenshot. These line may be the sigh of the hardware/display issue. I would recommend to take your device to the Apple Store for further diagnostics if the steps below do not help:
Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on this device.
Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings
