My iPhone 5 won't slide to open, the Notifications bar won't come down, the 'Control Panel' won't go up and my lock button is not working. Please Help =)?

Hey, so basically my black iphone 5 won't slide, the notificiations won't work, the control panel won't work and the photo icon won't go up also I have tried to talk to Siri and that didn't work because I can't tap At all. Also the Power button won't work so I can't turn it off to reset it.

Should I let it die off or run out of battery?
