Is Bonjour broken in Yosemite 10.10.5

In earlier versions of Yeosemite wireless printers originally set un in Snow Leopard worked well. This was true for early versions of Yosemite. But with 10.10.5 the printers wouldn't work. I deleted the printer from the list with the intention of setting it up from scratch but the Bonjour option dent show up at all.

I am trying to connect a printer connected to a new Time Capsule but the printer is invisible on the network.

Any ideas.
