- Go to www.icloud.com on a regular (desktop) computer.
- Login with the same username and password you entered for iMessage on the phone.
- If the password is not accepted, you can choose to reset the password.
- If the password is accepted, remove the username and password from the iPhone settings and re-enter to match exactly what you typed on a the desktop computer.
