Q: Since I installed IOS 9.0.2. When I try to txt a pic to some people, I get msg "Cannot Send Message iMessage needs to be enabled to send this message". However, it IS enabled. Any help out there for this?

Try

Send only 1 pic at a time for users who are not using iMessage, as multiple pics' size may be above a carrier limit.
Ensure the 'Send as SMS' option is turned on in Message settings.

TThank you for the reply. All three switches are already on in settings. A friend just showed me how to reboot by holding down the two buttons, that fixed it!
