Q: How do I rename images in Photos after they have been imported

How can I rename images once I have imported into Photos? I want to replace the given name such as Image_0999 to something else.

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

Right or control click a photo then click Get Info then type in the name where you see:  Add a Title

Thank you. I figured out how to add title, but when attaching the image to an email or uploading, it only shows the "given" name i.e. Image_0999. I am uploading images for an application and wanted the person on the other end to already have the images named and id with my name. Thank you so much. I have spend at least 1.5 hours trying to figure this out

All you've done is change the Title of the image, not the file name.  If you want to create a file with the new file name export it out of Photo with the following option selected in the export window:

    Photos001.jpg
