Activation lock ipad mini2

Hi,

My ipad is locked and they are asking for apple id i dont rember my password when i reset it they are asking for verification of email but i can't verify because

I dont used my yahoo id due to inactivity yahoo deleted my account i changed my apple id but when i entered my password on ipad its said that icorrect apple id or password i changed the email to the primary one. What should i do now? Please need help
