Connecting my phone number on my Macbook

My phone number will not connect to my macbook therefore I cannot use it with iMessage and FaceTime, I've sign off and back on multiple times with my iCloud and it still doesn't work.

Me too, how can I fix it? I can't connect imessage and facetime in my Mac, but in iphone is ok with my ID Apple?
