"If you lose or forget your restrictions passcode, you'll need to erase your device and then set it up as a new device to remove the passcode."
About Restrictions (parental controls) on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Oct 16, 2015 9:59 PM in response to sbermanby Angelteddy50,I tried erasing my device but it won't let me. It asks for my passcode.
When I connect it to my computer and try to erase through iTunes.....it goes through all the processes then says an error occurred. I've tried erasing it on both my computers that I backed it up on.
Thanks for trying to help.
