Q: My data does not work in roaming even roaming option is inm

my cellular data does not work in roaming. Even when roaming option is on . It happened since I updated to ios9. Now i am using 9.0.2. I get an error message that I am not subscribed to cellular data. But if I Change my  setting to 2G the net start to work
