Q: Magic Keyboard 2 not working in Bootcamp

Hi, just received my Magic Keyboard 2 which works perfectly under OSX 10.11 but when I am using in Windows 7 running under Bootcamp none of the function keys (brightness, volume, eject. Etc) work at all and the Caps Lock button doesn't light up. I am using with a 27" core i7 iMac (late 2013). Just wondered if anyone else was having the same issues? Thanks.

    If you previously used the earlier keyboard, I seem to recall reading recently that a change in Bluetooth is affecting some connections.   It meets the needs of OSX but it may no longer meet the needs of Windows.

    I have the exact same issue after upgrade my magic keyboard to keyboard 2 and touchpad to touchpad2.

    Keyboard function key not work and touchpad right click also not work.

     

    Besides, I did redownload and reinstall the windows support tool but it doesnt help.

     

    The issue was happened on my Machook Pro Retina 13" (Early 2015) with Win10 professional.

     

    P.S.

    Magic keyboard 2 and touchpad 2 are running prefect at EI Capital.

    HI, thanks for your reply, I can confirm that I also tried to redownload the Apple support software via the Bootcamp application to reinstall the latest drivers but it did not fix the problem. I hope that Apple can update the windows drivers so I can use all of the keyboard funtionality in Windows as well as El Capitan.
