Edit PDF file that exists in iBook creates a Duplicate.

Cannot EDIT a PDF that exists in iBook. Since it creates a duplicate PDF when we start to EDIT it.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2012), Preview 8.1 (877)
