DesktopsThis site has a poor setup - before posting a new question use the search to the right of People to Search this site.
To search Apple site - use the Magnifying glass in the top Bar.
Sometimes questions go unanswered simply because they have been asked many many times before.
Also, Check below your published question for threads that seem to have same issue.

Mac OS XTurn it off by holding down the power button for 10+ seconds.
Reset the SMC and NVRAM:

Then try a safe boot:

Any change?
