Q: can i know icloud name  ?

some of my friends set up icloud on my ipad . Now i restored firmware and need icloud activation. Can i know icloud name which is set on my ipad by using my device number .  I just to know icloud name not password. If possible if i can prove identity?

    No. Ask your friends.

     

    If you can provide the original proof of purchase to Apple for the device, they can remove the activation lock.

    But if i bought in unauthorized shop in my country.
    If i can answer the name of apple id which is used at the first time of opening ipad .
    I can answer the first day using my ipad . if possibel?
    Now i just need to know icloud name only.

    In that case, it's a brick. You will not be able to prove ownership of the ID because it is not your account. If your so-called "friends" can't or won't give you the information or remove the account themselves, it is now useless.
