Which graphics card should I get? M395 or M395X?

I'm about to pull the trigger on the new 27" iMac with the 4 GHz Skylake. I can't seem to get any information, though, on the difference between the AMD R9 M395 or M395 GPU. I remember hearing that the previous version (295x) had heat throttling issues, but is this the case for the 300 line? Basically, is it worth the $250 pop to get the 4 GB of GDDR5 RAM?

I do use my current rig for video editing and some gaming--how much of a benefit will I get for the extra $250?

Thanks!

Yes I agree and that is the frustration 'cos like Eric I am poised to press the buy button. It is easy fro me to tell others wait! But! Gut feeling from what I am reading so far is unless you are a high end gamer etc. etc the 395 is best value. Remember in sunny (!!) Surrey, England the 395X is an extra £200 call it $300.
