Why that?
Because your source ISO is a combined 32-bit and 64-bit ISO and contains one or more files larger than 4GB which do not work on a FAT32 file system. Please use a USB2 flash drive. W7 has issues with USB3 drives.

Oct 17, 2015 8:48 AM in response to Loner Tby Shubishake,The ISO file is a W7 64Bit only of 5GB total, but you suggest anyway to use USB2?

Oct 17, 2015 10:19 AM in response to Shubishakeby Loner T,The file is usually 3.8-3.9GB. 5GB sounds a bit too high. Can you right-click and Get Info and check the size? USB2 is the safest alternative.

This is the size of install.wim in the iso.
This is why it does not fit on a FAT32 USB. Can you directly download from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/home and test?

Oct 19, 2015 4:43 AM in response to Shubishakeby Loner T,Modifying info.plist cause other problems. Did you download a ISO file?
-
Oct 19, 2015 5:21 AM in response to Loner Tby Shubishake,Ye I have downloaded the ISO. But is only SP1. And probably bootcamp don't accept W7 SP1 but the one without, because with original info.plist i got one error that i need Windows 7 or later version. If I modify info.plist with string "Windows8OnlyMode", it made bootable usb but at restart when i press ALT for choose the usb as boot, i got only Macintosh HD.
