cancel subscriotion to icloud

I've been trying to cancel the monthly charges of .99 for extra storage that is being charged to my card every month by icloud. Please cancel the subscription because I know longer own that phon. So please do not charge my card. Cancel the icloud monthly storage fee's. You know longer have permission to charge my debit card for anything. Thank you! Shiro Stokes
