Pre installed apps freeze

Hi, I'm on a iMac on OS X El Capitan, and a lot of pre installed apps are froze even after reseting the settings.

When I open an app like Notes or the AppStore, I can't use the toolbar at the top, and I can't use the app.

The apps works on another session, but not on the default one.

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11), 21.5 2.7ghz

Hi,

Open the Font Book and in the File Menu use the Restore Standard Fonts.
Or check that all the fonts that should be active are turned On (Active).

Most apps use a particular Font from the System ones to display properly and function correctly.
