Q: I have a Macbook 10.5.8 and there is not much I can do with it anymore. How do I upgrade it?

What can I do to upgrade it?And how?

1. Click here, install the DVD, and run Software Update.
2. After #1 and if desired, go to the online Apple Store and order a download code for Lion 10.7. If you do this, you should install more RAM in the computer.

Mac OS X 10.7 and newer don't support PowerPC software such as Microsoft Office 2004. If you upgrade the OS, back up the computer first.

You can upgrade RAM till 6GB which increase its performance.
