Need help finding my admin password
how do I locate my admin password? Or reset it?

Are you running Windows 7 on your Mac Mini? Cause that has nothing to do with Classic. For that, it is better to post here:
Since Mac Minis don't boot into Mac OS 9, the admin password for Mac OS is controlled by Mac OS X. That's covered in these two articles:

If uncertain which Mac OS X you are running, boot into single user mode with command-S.
