Windows10 starts properly but keyboard and mouse don't work

Hi:

I have a MAC Pro tower with XEON processor that runs OSX 10.9.5. I upgraded a windows7 to windows10 on the bootcamp. System boots properly in the Windows10 partition but key board and mouse don't work. Alt and Ctrl keys work. I need your help to fix this issue

If your MP is not a 2012 model, W10 is not officially supported (reference - Use Windows 10 on your Mac with Boot Camp - Apple Support) on any MP other than the cylinder Late 2013 model. You can install W7/W8 drivers with Administrative privileges and compatibility mode set to W7.
