Hi! My iphone 5c previously has the simple passcode option but now its gone please help

Do you have a corporate Exchange account set up on your phone? If so, the administrators can set policies requiring complex passcode among other things.

Have you added a work email account to your phone? If so, your employer may have installed a profile that requires you have a complex passcode.
