Q: Can't sync my iPhone, it asks to unlock.

Hey, I crashed my phone last night and the screen is completely shattered so i can't unlock my phone or anything, I want to do a back up so ill keep my stuff but when i connect it to iTunes it says that i need to unlock my phone which i can't, i have iCloud but i don't know if iCloud does a backup itself? so any ideas how i can move my data to my new phone? Thank you.

    Backups must happen before catastrophes.  After a catastrophe, it is too late to perform a backup.

     

    You will be able to move what you had previously backed up to your new iPhone.  You will also be able to relocate your purchased apps and iTunes music, books and movies to your new iPhone.
