Are there parental controls that I can utilize for my children's iPhones?

I'm having a problem with my teenage son turning off or disabling the find my iPhone feature on his phone and also the find my friends app. He does this when he doesn't want me to know where he is or so that I can't go look for him that easily. I was hoping that since he's a minor, that maybe there were some parental controls to make it do he can't do this anymore or at least something I can do to ensure that he stays on the radar.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.0.2
