Q: MagSafe 2 is not charging, but keeps the power

I have macbook pro 13" early 2013 and it comes with 60w magsafe 2 power adapter. I was working normally all the time and a week ago it started to act weirdly. The green light is always on, even if its not plugged into mac and it doesn't charge the battery, only holds the power.
At first I though its my pc problem, did SMC reset but still nothing. Tried with my girlfriend pc, its the same. Its not charging at all only holds the power.

Does anyone got the same problem and what should I do with charger?

Check the pins in the charger connection to the MBP.  They are spring loaded and should move freely.

If no success, make an appointment at an Apple store genius bar for a free evaluation.  You may need a new charger.

As suggested, check the power connectors between the MacBook & magsafe adapter ...

An inspection may be helpful to determine if any other part or circuit is cause of this issue.

Another part that may be part of the issue, could be the MagSafe Board, or DC-in Board.

That is other half of the connection, on the computer, which matches those on MagSafe cord.
