"Reachability" on assistive touch

Is there a way to add reachability on assistive touch?

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.0.2

Upgrade to iOS 11, which now features "Reachability" in the AssistiveTouch menu. From the menu, go to Device -> More -> Reachability.
