I Need to know how to re-authorize my laptop and pc.

I recently reloaded windows on my laptop, then went to use i tunes, but could not because it was not authorized to play i tunes songs and so in the process of trying to remedy that glitch, I de-authorized them all.

how do I reauthorize my laptop and pc as I cant seem to figure out how to do that
