itunes is recognizing my ipad and will sync and back up. However, when I click on the ipad button to show what is on the ipad and change settings, it freezes. I have tried reinstalling, creating a new library, unchecking sync (everything under article "itunes may become unresponsive when connecting to iphone, ipad or ipod touch June 6, 2015, iTunes: May become unresponsive when connecting iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support).
The problem isn't when I connect, its when I try to display my ipad content, itunes freezes. I am running itunes on Windows Vista and the install is good.
