Q: is there anyway to buy TV shows from iTunes in countries that are not available eg. I am from Cyprus and in ITunes Cyprus-Greece is not available

if there is anyway to watch TV shows in iTunes from countries that are not available to iTunes TV shows

i am planing to buy a apple TV and i am not sure if it will work properly in Cyprus
