Not sure what you did, but you can only order from the store in your country and must use both your billing and shipping address in your country. As far as sending it to another person, I do not know if that is possible; here is some info from the UAE Apple store:

I cannot imagine how one would succeed in placing a completed order WITHOUT somehow associating with yourself somehow. Did you receive a Confirmation Email after? There should be a link in the email to manage the order.

The login you are seeing may be an attempt BY the system to 'associate' your order so that it may be put into the system 'finally'. I don't know.

I placed this order in UAE store and my account associated to Egypt so I do it as a guest to deliver it to my friend @Dubai, that's why I did it as a guest.

after many troubleshooting steps and trial, I found that no way to cancel or modify items inside guest order except contact the apple store number directly. so I am trying to reach them on phone but it seems that the number must be dialed from inside UAE.

I am really frustrating !! how it comes I am really surprised from that level of support and flexability from Apple 😟

I see.

apparently Apple sees fit to avoid any cross border liabilities regarding financial transactions (must have good reason - it does have lots of Store experience)

This issue has come up often, and the best answer I recall seeing is that you must somehow transfer the "funds" to your recipient of the "Gift" - wire transfer, Credit Card "Prepaid/Gift Card", etc. - then let them go into the Store with a 'note' stating "I want one of these, configured thus"

*If i were a shopkeeper, I probably would not take foreign Credit Cards either - I know UAE has a very stable economy (to say the least), but Egypt = not so much.
