Q: Can I use a UK Apple Pay Wallet in te USA?

I'm planning a vacation in the US next month. Will I be able to use a UK wallet with just a Debit card in the US?

A:

UK banks haven't specifically blocked Apple Pay internationally, although international transaction fees will apply like normal and as will any international card blocks your bank may have imposed.

It may depend on your bank, but I know people with US accounts were able to use Apple Pay in the UK before the official release here so I would expect it to work.

Thanks, Apple and banks only seem to mention in-country use and leave the entire international question open.
