Q: I have got a 4s and updated last year and this time two weeks ago it is asking the original owner and have no email of the ex owner

I have got a 4s since three years and updated last year and this time after updating it two weeks ago it is asking the original owner and have no email of the ex owner I bought it from a store in Brooklyn, unlocked by AT&T before , need a solution to get it unlock it now by Apple.. How..!

Apple won’t unlock that device for you. Go back to the store and ask for a refund.

Only the person who locked it can unlock it, take it back to AT&T.

So you've been walking around with an iPhone that had someone else's account set up on it for Find my iPhone for 3 years?

If you got robbed in that time, I can tell you how they probably knew that no one was at home when they broke in...

You're hosed. That phone is now a brick. Buy a new one.
